Our first week of summer classes was a HIT!
We were so excited to see the children and especially those that were able to attend from Highgrove Elementary!
Here is a note from RAA President, Collette Lee, explaining why this is such exciting news:
“This summer The Riverside Arts Academy will be introducing for the first time a summer music and art intensive program for Highgrove Elementary School . The Riverside Arts Academy learned of the plight of the school when Principal Elizabeth Gozo, at the Uptown Kiwanis Club Of Riverside award presentation dinner, shared that remodeling was going to occur at Highgrove. She was concerned about programming and keeping the kids busy during the summer. This underserved area had been an area of potential outreach for the Riverside Arts Academy and we were pleased to collaborate with this school and introduce kids to musicianship and mentorship through the Harmony Project.”

Parents – our second summer session begins August 14th and classes are offered at many community centers throughout Riverside!
➡️Sessions are only $10 (with approved scholarship) for 6 weeks of instruction but you must register at your local community center to apply.
