The Riverside Arts Academy is hosting a fundraiser to help pay for music instruments and offer lessons to children.
An instrument drive is set for June 3 at 6 p.m. at the Fox at the Box, 3635 Market St. Tickets are $75. The event will include a concert by the band Civil Defense, which will play songs from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s.
The academy offers arts instruction to children for low or no cost at several sites across the city.
